Delivery and returns
All our deliveries are sent via DHL. Delivery of goods in stock takes place within two (2) to four (4) working days to your home address in Sweden. Other countries it may be differen’t depending where customer is located. If delays in the delivery should occur (without us notifying you of longer delivery time) you should contact us via the contact form on the website. You need to be in place to receive and approve your bike upon delivery. If you choose not to receive your order but allow the transport company to leave your order at the delivery address, you lose your warranty right of the delivery and you are responsible for any damages. Before arrival, a notification will be sent to you via text message / email for agreement on delivery date and time interval.
Upon receipt of the shipment, it is important to check that the goods are not transport damaged. If the customer discovers damage to packaging at delivery, a notification must be made directly to the carrier in order to guarantee the delivery damage. The application must also be made to WB Concept Store AB within a reasonable time no later than two days after delivery, via the contact form on the website.
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a legal 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered.
You must report that you regret it. The message should be sent to us via the contact form on the website. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within the legal 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. The return address is WB Concept Store AB, Göteborgsvägen 19, 504 35 Borås.
The customer must arrange shipping to the specified return address.
When returning you are responsible for the risk of the goods, therefore it is important that the goods cannot be damaged during transport. The product must be unused and sent back in undamaged original packaging if one is included and any manuals to be sent with. It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not pasted onto the original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, want to switch to another product or regret you, you can return your product to us at no extra cost. For example, if you want to change the product to a different color, you make a new order at wafabike.com.
After receiving and receiving the return, the refund will be made within thirty (30) days from when WB Concept Store AB received the return. Refund is only made by depositing into a bank account or back on your card if you made a card payment, not cash. On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged product.
If the product is damaged or misdirected when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge. By error is meant the wrong color, wrong model etc.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected. For transport damage, see separate heading above.
Costs for shipping and / or return shipping will be charged for orders that are not picked up, received or when the delivery instructions change. The cost of shipping and administration will be charged to the customer’s credit with WB Concept Store AB or invoiced with payment terms ten days. In this case, the invoice is sent to the customer’s registered email address.
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
In the event of circumstances beyond Wafabike Sweden’s reasonable control, for example in the event of changed legislation, governmental measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, WB Concept Store AB’s obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed as long as the circumstance prevails. If such delay exceeds 2 months, you as well as Wafabike Sweden AB have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
Furthermore, no responsibility is assumed for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
