Wafabike Sweden AB sells goods to both private individuals and companies. Wafabike Sweden AB does not include agreements with minors (under 18 years). At present, agreements can only be entered into with customers with delivery address in Sweden. The website (wafabike.com), as well as all content on it, is owned by Wafabike Sweden AB. The information is protected by law with regard to eg. copyright, marketing and trademarks. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without prior written consent from Wafabike Sweden AB.
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always try the best way to expose the products as accurately as possible. The bikes are delivered including the parts listed under the respective bike’s detailed product information on the website. The bikes are not mounted on delivery, but are easily mounted using only a few common tools, which, however, are not included in the purchase. For further information on installation, see separate tab under FAQ. With each cycle, the manual is included in English with more detailed information about the different parts of the bicycle and how these are to be stored, maintained and otherwise handled.
All prices in the store are stated in EURO and all prices are including swedish VAT (VAT). We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from supplier parts, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information, changed exchange rates, import rules or other conditions and reserve the right to adjust the price.
All orders are made via wafabike.com, so far no other agreement has been made by mail or telephone, and is binding. By submitting your order, you confirm the purchase and thereby accept our purchase terms. Check your order so that errors do not occur. When we receive your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified when ordering. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If something is wrong with the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via the contact form on the website.

Wafabike Sweden AB protects your personal data through technical and organizational security measures. In order to prevent unauthorized access and for the accuracy of the information, we use one-way encryption when sensitive data, such as credit card details, is processed. Our payment partner meets the security requirements PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which is a global compilation concept for mandatory data security standards for card information management, developed by the payment card industry. The standard applies to anyone who deals with payment transactions for payment cards and credit cards.
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Public Procurement Board and Swedish law in the event of a dispute. We reserve the right to cancel orders, irrespective of whether they are inaccuracies such as printing errors, technical problems or bulk orders. In case of any error information, you have the right to cancel your purchase, with reference to the consumer purchase law. We also reserve for delays and final sales. You will of course have full right of return and get the money back for both be and freight if you are not satisfied. Getting a product that you have not ordered is a valid basis for complaint under the consumer purchase law.
